Phoenix 6000 Top Window
NIR Analyzer
The Phoenix NIR Analyzer is an ideal solution for researchers and laboratories that require rapid, accurate and reliable NIR analysis.
The Phoenix 6000 employs a scanning monochromator, with an extended wavelength range from 600-2500 nm, for applications that require the entire NIR spectrum.
600-2500nm
Extended NIR Wavelength Range
The expanded wavelength range of 600 to 2500 nm in NIR analysis captures a richer dataset, making it ideal for researchers and specialized applications that benefit from the extended range, such as chlorophyll analysis in canola.

This extended range enables a thorough, representative scan that supports diverse and detailed analyses, particularly beneficial in agricultural and food products where composition and uniformity can vary significantly. The expanded capability is perfect for advanced applications, helping researchers obtain precise and meaningful data across a wide range of samples.
Innovative Sample Car
The Phoenix 6000's innovative sample car is compatible with a variety of sample cups to allow diverse sample types to be analyzed on the same instrument seamlessly.
The sample car’s design accommodates a large open cup, perfect for bulkier or coarser samples like whole grains or chopped forage.
The Phoenix also supports a smaller ring cup, suited for finer or homogenous powders like flour.
Additionally, the sample car’s compatibility with a transflectance cup provides the option to analyze liquids or semi-solid samples, such as oils or slurries, which have unique handling requirements compared to dry materials.

Total Sample Scan
A key differentiator of the Phoenix 6000 top window is its innovative capability to move the sample cup both laterally and rotationally, enabling it to scan nearly the entire sample area.
This unique design ensures a highly representative analysis by covering a significantly larger portion of the sample compared to conventional NIR analyzers, which typically scan only a limited section.
By traversing the full surface of the sample, this instrument effectively accounts for any natural variability or inhomogeneity, delivering more precise and dependable data.
This capability is especially beneficial for agricultural and food products, where variations in particle size, density, and composition can otherwise impact accuracy if only a small portion of the sample is examined.
