Wine Analysis with the Hyperlab Basic

The Hyperlab Basic is a high throughput discrete analyzer designed for wineries and wine labs looking to optimize automation and minimize costs.

 

It has a 60 sample capacity carousel and 27 cooled reagent positions. It can run up to 720 tests unattended at a max rate of 200 tests per hour.

 

Each sample can be tested for for multiple parameters and results can be exported into Excel, LIMS or to a shared drive.

No scientific background is required. The software is easy to use. Worklists can be created quickly. Once the instrument has been programmed, the operator is free to attend to other duties around the lab.

Every Hyperlab Basic comes preprogrammed with methods to test all wine parameters. It is 100% compatible with every enzymatic kit we offer.

Operation

Daily operation of the Hyperlab Basic is simple. Worklists can be programmed in under 5 minutes. Simply enter your sample information and select which chemistries you would like performed. Press play and the Hyperlab Basic will run unattended for up to 720 tests.

Calibrations

Calibrations curves can be generated from a prepared standard. The Hyperlab Basic can auto-dilute based on a preprogrammed concentration to ensure your ​results. All calibration information is automatically saved for traceability and can be exported into reports for auditing purposes.

Reagents

The Hyperlab Basic has up to 27 reagent positions. The reagent tray is refrigerated to extend the life of the reagents. Each tests uses microliters of reagents which can be a large cost savings over traditional flow instruments or manual testing.

Wash Station

The feature that sets the Hyperlab Basic apart from other discrete analyzers is its integrated wash station. After a test is performed, the sample cuvette undergoes a 5 stage cleaning and QC. This eliminates the need for reusable cuvettes which can save the operator thousands of dollars each year compared other popular analyzers.
